Beechwood Park is rich in wildlife, which is often enjoyed from within Sebright Cottage Grounds as well as along the countless footpath routes nearby.
Deer such as Roe Deer, Muntjac and Chinese Water Deer are all frequent visitors to the park and surrounding areas.

Birds of prey are also a common feature. Guests often notice a pair of Red Kites, Buzzards, Kestrels and 4 species of owl (not to mention a bald eagle that had escaped from Whipsnade Wild Animal Park).
