Parties and Events
Sebright Farm Cottage is the perfect party house and has proved particularly popular with guests for a whole range of events.
Recent parties have included wedding anniversaries, hen nights, friends / family reunion parties, birthday parties, sleep-overs, a large BBQ party and various outdoor celebrations. Party numbers can vary from 10 to 30 in the house or up to 500 with use of a marquee.

We can provide celebrations for up to 500 people with the use of a marquee.
The cottage is situated in stunning private historic parkland with easy access from London, the M1, M25 and St Albans so you can enjoy your party event in total privacy. Sebright Farm Cottage can sleep 19 guests. The cottage has two acres of private grounds which you are more than welcome to factor into your party plans plus the use of adjoining grassland for larger events.
We have excellent relationships with a variety of caterers, events organisers and marquee hire companies, so no matter what your requirement we are more than happy to accommodate you.
