Follow signs to the M25 and take the M25 in the direction of M1/Watford/clockwise to Hertfordshire. Stay on the M25 until junction twenty one signposted M1 north. Take the M1 northbound. Pass a couple of junctions on the M1 towards junction nine, which is the junction to turn off.
Leave the M1 at Junction 9, (signposted to Dunstable), and at the first roundabout take the exit signposted to Dunstable/Whipsnade/A5.
After one and a half miles there is a sign to Markyate - turn left here into London Road, which curves right into Markyate village. After half a mile turn left into Pickford Road.
Beechwood Park Entrance
Drive along Pickford Road for about one and a half miles, much of it through ancient woodland. Then look out for a pair of large tall black iron gates on your right. These lead into the private Beechwood Park, Hertfordshire in which Sebright Farm Cottage is situated.
Drive through these iron gates along the driveway, at no point turning left. Pass the large Mansion House (school) on your left (now the prestigious small private Beechwood Park School) and keep to the right.. After the Mansion House continue until you see on your left the sign for Sebright Farm Cottage and the house itself over looking open parkland and fields – Welcome to Sebright Farm Cottage.
